Sal

Sal, an Engineering, specializes in maintaining and repairing the ship. Her engineering expertise is crucial for keeping the vessel operational amidst the chaos of space battles, and also is a bit tankier than some other Prospectors.

Anyone can really play offense, defense, or exploring and looting. However each prospector is going to have advantages to play towards. With Sal you are able to repair parts of the ship at double speed, making you a much better natural defender than boarder. Anyone who has been in the frey knows if you don’t maintain your ship, those hit points can drop very fast.

That said Sal is no slouch in combat. The extra hit points, and no vulnerable spots, allow you to have a natural first edge on someone and be able to live with that sliver of hp. Sal anyway around it is an all round awesome prospector you can’t go wrong with!
