Kae

Kae is a boarder with some telekinetic abilities to boot!

Traits:

  • Telekinetic – Can interact iwth objects 10m away
  • Warp Jump – Teleport up to 100m away (Replaces maghook)
  • Health – 100

Playstyle

Two fast, two furious! Adrian has the advantage of speed, so if you’re playing Adrian then you want to be on the move. He is optimized for a fast play style, and can be leveraged in a couple ways.

  • Early game – To the front lines! Loot!
  • Ship fights – Invade and cause chaos in the ship

Ship Fights

Kae’s traits really lend to up close combat and being aggressive, being on the offense. Movement speed is king in most pvp games, and having the ability to blink around is huge, especially at the distance of 100m.

Warp Jump isn’t just a good in ship ability, it can be used out and about of the ships. Use this ability when fighting the likes of Adrian or Mophs outside the ship to flank and make them guess where you may have gone.

Telekinetic might sound underwhelming at first, but this can be used to cripple the enemy ship. Kae can grab items up to 10m away! This means you can be sitting in cover or slightly out of view, undo a hardpoint or turret and escape back to your ship with your loot! Take some critical hardpoints and turrets away and the enemy ship is going to start losing steam fast. Not to mention being able to grab the artifact and peace out from an enemies ship will win some games as well.

Secondary Defense

Keep the ship clear of other boarders. Kae is able to warp around and flank well. Keeping your pilot and teammates in the numbers advantage is always helpful. If you respawn at the ship, look around and secure the area before heading back to throw down on the enemy ship. Losing ground on your own ship will bring your team to a grinding halt.
